Returns & Refund Policy

Because Luxe Elite Kitchen operates as an authorized factory-direct dealer, all returns, cancellations, and restocking procedures are dictated strictly by the original manufacturer’s corporate guidelines and return policies.

 

 Return Authorization & Warehouse Routing

* Manufacturer Approval Required: We cannot accept unauthorized returns at our corporate administrative address. All returns must receive a Manufacturer Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
* Return Destination: Authorized returns must be shipped directly back to the respective manufacturer’s designated warehouse at the buyer's expense.
* Restocking Fees: In accordance with industry standards, returned commercial items that are unopened and in original factory packaging are subject to the specific manufacturer's restocking fees (ranging typically from 15% to 30%).
* Custom/Special Orders: Custom-manufactured equipment or configured units are non-returnable once production has commenced at the factory.
