This website is operated by Luxe Elite Atrium LLC (doing business as Luxe Elite Kitchen). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Luxe Elite Kitchen.

SECTION 1 - FACTORY-DIRECT & ONLINE-ONLY BUSINESS MODEL
Luxe Elite Kitchen operates strictly as an online authorized retail dealer for premium commercial equipment. We do not own, operate, or maintain physical warehouses, nor do we physically stock or handle the inventory sold on this website. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from the original manufacturer's facilities to the customer (Factory-Direct).

SECTION 2 - AFTER-SALES SERVICE, WARRANTIES, AND RETURNS
Because we operate exclusively as an online sales facilitator, Luxe Elite Kitchen does not provide direct after-sales services, technical support, equipment maintenance, or physical return processing. All product warranties, defective item claims, freight damage resolutions, and return authorizations fall entirely under the jurisdiction and responsibility of the original manufacturer.

SECTION 3 - ADHERENCE TO MANUFACTURER POLICIES
Our operational protocols and dealer agreements are strictly bound by the rules and policies of our partnered suppliers. By purchasing through our site, you acknowledge that all post-sale procedures (including returns, repairs, and part replacements) are dictated 100% by the specific manufacturer's corporate guidelines. Luxe Elite Kitchen explicitly disclaims all liability for any operational delays, damages, or claims, as our role is strictly limited to facilitating the online transaction.
