Shipping & Freight Policy

At Luxe Elite Kitchen, we partner directly with premier commercial kitchen equipment manufacturers to provide factory-direct shipping straight from the manufacturer's warehouse to your commercial destination. This ensures the lowest lead times, zero double-handling, and factory-certified packaging.

Freight (LTL) Deliveries

Most of our heavy-duty commercial equipment ships via Freight LTL (Less-Than-Truckload). Please note the following industry-standard policies:
* Commercial Delivery: All shipments are sent based on factory warehouse logistics and carrier availability.
* Liftgate & Inside Delivery: Unless specified at the time of order, freight shipments are curbside deliveries. If your facility requires a liftgate or inside delivery, please contact our team prior to shipment.
* Inspection Upon Receipt: Customers must inspect the shipment for any freight damage before signing the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL). Any damage must be noted on the BOL to ensure manufacturer warranty and claim coverage.
